I have lived here 3 years with no plans of leaving. Great management and maintenance. When there are issues and I call the office my questions or concerns are addressed right away. Common areas are kept clean. Great place to live!

3 year resident at Evans Meadows. Jamie is a fantastic property manager and Greg is a great maintainance employee. It's been the perfect place to stay while me and my wife saved for a house, they have a great pet policy as well as in unit washer and dryer!
