Evans Meadows is a dog and cat-friendly community. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with no weight limit or breed restrictions.* Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered and shots up to date. I have lived here 3 years with no plans of leaving. Great management and maintenance. When there are issues and I call the office my questions or concerns are addressed right away. Common areas are kept clean. Great place to live!
